『 畫~ 用像快如閃電般的速度 去完成一幅畫 』~ 梵谷在一封 寫給他弟弟的信中提到..

Building represent culture , people 's life style and sometimes integrated into a place people 's believing and spirit region. 

 Shan Ho Yuan building  is the traditional Taiwan building style for hundreds years since Ming Dynasty.

This kind of building was based on Ancient Chinese 『 Fong Shei  theory 』to build and Chinese society esteem " Family" centered culture 、and respect  Lao Zhe 's  " Dao". So this kind of traditional building in Taiwan will touch our people's deep soul because there is a lot of images and memories of growing up process that shape our common mind and soul memories.  But now because Taiwan society has changed from farming society to nowadays industrial society gradually this kind of  farm society buildings in Taiwan were abandoned and knocked down to re build new style contemporary buildings. 

 I grew up in this kind of building ( the above oil painting was built by my father in 1970)  so I have deep emotional feeling in the old building ( though now we don't live there and rent it to other people. )
And I have drew our  Shan-Ho-Yuan building for several times since I started to study painting since 2012 . Next I will introduce them.

 『  Xi De Zhin 』 ,  a Taiwan great artist 

Xi De Zhin is one of my favorite and respectable artist in Taiwan. As I was a junior high school student  I was touched by his amazing watercolors painting to paint the traditional Taiwan building Shan Ho Yuan. And he emphasized being an artist has to paint our " root". And the Shan Ho Yaun building can represent Taiwan people's spiritual living. He had painted a lot of Shan Ho Yuan buildings.

 ~ mentioned in  Van Gogh 's letter to his brother Theo Van Gogh

Impressionism is my favorite ism in art 's studying and creation. And I study and major in Impressionism air' color , light and shadow theory , painting method and skills with my Oil painting teacher Ro. And among the Impressionism master artists I esteem Monet as my majority learning roll - model. 

During October 11th to November 29th in 2014 I had studied and read a book that was Vincent Van Gogh 's letters collection ( translating book). I was deeply touched , encouraged and inspired by Van Gogh 's spirit , stories and some important message words inside his letters to his brother Theo Van Gogh.

In one letter Van Gogh mentioned that he was interested in studying one amazing painting skills.
The amazing skill he practiced was that ... he wrote in the letter 

 『 To paint quickly ~ as quick as thunder ~ using that kind of speed to complete a painting. 』

 I was amazed  and inspired by Van Gogh 's this words. And I also wanna study and test this painting skills. And next photo was that I used 1.5 ~2 hour to test the skill mentioned in Van Gogh 's letter. This is a very great testing experience. 

to paint to this status took me about  1.5 hours ~  2 hours

 在2014年 10月~11月底這段期間 ，閱讀 梵谷 書信全集 ， 其中有一篇梵谷寫給他弟弟的信中提到 ，他正在練習快速畫一幅油畫的練習 ，他提到 『 畫~ 用像快如閃電般的速度 去完成一幅畫 』

再讀完梵谷的這段 重要文字之後 ，在11月的時候 ，在畫完  一大片豐收的稻田 台中 后里 土城  的油畫寫生之後 ~  有一天的早上 ，原本要拿著這一個30M 大的畫布，想要去畫 台中 大雅 陽明國小旁的一間三合院建築 ，

( 2014年 畫展時~ 巧遇一位國中同學 他向我詢問 畫一幅 How much ?  這件事情一直擱著 ~ 心想...秋天稻田豐收的時候~ 在去幫他畫他們家的三合院祖厝   註:  2015年三月七日下午 在下扛著畫架 ，去畫這位同屆同學  他們家的三合院古厝  see =>   點燃印象派之火 2015 之  台中 大雅 陽明國小旁 張家古厝   <=  To paint as quick as thunder 第二集 )

結果 ，在走回家的半路上 ，看見自己舊家三合院在陽光下 稻田顏色非常美麗 ，心想 ... 怎麼沒有先畫自己舊家的三合院呢? 當下決定~ 那就先畫自己 這棟 1970年父親建造的 傳統閩南建築三合院吧 !

而 歷經 2014年 11月 畫過  Taichung City Park 、 后里 土城 一大片豐收的稻田 、與 彰化 鹿港 龍山寺 50F 油畫寫生之後 ， 此時 心中想到的是 ...

梵谷 在寫給他弟弟信中 的那段文字 ~

所以~ 在立好畫架 、備妥一切原料 ，拿起一把油畫畫筆之後 ~  沒有打底稿 ~
直接調色 ~ 一邊側量 ~ 一邊調顏料上色 ~ 迅速的一筆一筆的畫 ~

大約花了 將近兩個小時的時間 ~  如上圖  ~

這一幅油畫主要是以 印象派祖師 莫內 提出之 空氣粒子 光影理論 與 技法 ~ 來畫 東方 亞洲 台灣 我們這裡的 三合院建築 與 秋冬 豐收的稻田 顏色 ，

而會畫過程 與 快速去畫 之概念~ 是啟發至  梵谷 寫給他弟弟西奧梵谷 一封信中所提到 『 快速完成一幅油畫 』~ 進而興起仿效 與 實驗  與 體驗 ....

莫內 的畫風 ~ 細膩 、疊層層次多層 ，著重於描繪 空氣 、光 和 影 ~  

是印象畫派中 風景畫 以莫內為首 !

梵谷 的畫風 ~ 律動的筆觸 與  風格強烈色彩 ~ 充滿生命力 、能激勵 感動 人心

而梵谷 當時已經知道...莫內 在印象派風景路線方面已經 為世人探索到淋漓盡致 ，
所以 梵谷 ~ 努力的方向 著重在 印象 人物 色彩 與 如何運用智慧 創造力 予以詮釋這方向，
也因為這樣  + 他本身的故事性 ~ 更讓他的畫作 ~ 為全世界所傳頌 !

Paul Calle - a pencil painting master , USA. In 1992~1993  that year I was the sophomore student in NCKU studying in hot weather southern Taiwan and my major was industrial design. And one of my classmate sent me Paul Calle pencil sketch book. In 2nd grades we started to learn the industrial design-- sketch design presenting skills -- from basic to sketch geometric solid forms.

As I remembered one time we had a homework to do and that night I was very sleepy and tired. I spent about less 1 hour time to paint and then I went on the bed to sleep. And many classmates drew until 03:00 even 05:00. And the teacher gave me A+. the only one time I got A+  was imitating Paul Calle 's amazing sketch skill.

2nd time to learn Paul Calle 's amazing pencil sketch skill is in year 2012 

Originally I have been a industrial designer since 1996.  But in my heart I have a dream that I wanna to be a painter.  In year 2012 I made up determination to find a Oil artist to study painting from very basic sketch skills step by step. And in 2012 when I studied and learn to pencil sketch skills once again I open Paul Calle 's pencil sketch to try and study. And then I applied part of Paul 's pencil skills to paint this work

This was that I practiced sketching my mother she lied on the bed to rest scene in hospital ( 2014 Nov). This pencil sketch spent less that 1 hour to finish.

And before sketching I studied Paul Calle 's pencil sketch book again. This time I focus on studying the " rhythm " of his magic skills. After completing this practice. I felt I could got a little knock of  Paul Calle's magic pencil sketch skills.

And the 3rd time to study Paul Calle 's magic pencil skills in this year 2014 in November.

Till 2014 November I have studied painting for 2 year and 9 months.And in October 2014 I studied with my oil & art teacher in the 103 lesson ( since 2012 February ) . I brought some sketches practice work to discuss with my painting teacher.  Teacher Ro thought me that your pencil sketch is not good in sketching rhythm( the strode direction control ,  tempo and layers  etc.,). And  teacher Ro demonstrated and modified for me.  This problem was the "  tough barrier"  for me on the road of studying painting since 2012.

In November 2014 I had a outdoor oil landscape painting in Hou Li.  the work see  =>  The yellow ripe rice field of central Taiwan    When painting this work I got a phone call from my elder sister she told me my mother was sent to the hospital.  I felt nervous and went to hospital. This was 2nd time my mom hospitalized. ( She got liver sickness ) . So I took care of my mother in hospital for 3 days. Though in hospital I made a plastic panel for sketch practicing and brought papers to practice quick portrait pencil sketching.  And my mother taking rest quietly on the bed was as the model.

this work was that in August one Summer day
morning my mother sitting in the front yard to
cut the " dragon eye fruit". I took sketch book
and pencil to draw down this scene. This is old
day Taiwan traditional female farmer
seasonal doing jobs. In August I just outline
this. And in November after completing my
mother in hospital practicing sketches I refined
and drawing this again. (2014)

Next is another work that I painting my mother as model to record down Taiwan nowadays farm scenery in 2014 May. And this Oil painting work completed on Mother's Day( 2014)  and that day my mother was also hospitalized. And I drove motorcycle carrying this work to hospital for my mother to see for Wishing my mother could recover soon.

點燃印象派之火系列~ 『 一大片 豐收稻田的顏色 ~ 台中 后里 土城 』~ 2014年11月

Works name ：『  一大片 豐收稻田的顏色 ~ 台中 后里 土城  』

這是 自2012年以來 ，   點燃印象派之火   ~  ~ 系列主題 ~ 

這一幅畫 ~  是挑戰自己 ...持續 探索 實驗 study ~   『 莫內 印象 光影 空氣粒子 ~ 顫動式 繪畫技法  』  ~ 理論 與技法之 創造力之實驗 !    如何以非規則性 ， 探索如何運用 創造力的筆觸 ~ ~ 色彩堆疊疊層 ~ 來描繪 歌頌 屬於我們東方 台灣 美麗的田園景色 ! 

而會想要進行這樣一次的戶外寫生 ~ 主要是因為在2014年 10月11日 ~ 11月29日這段期間~ 閱讀梵谷 的書信全集 ~  每每閱讀~ 都被梵谷的精神給激勵 ~ 想要學習梵谷 扛著畫架 去畫歐陸 許多秋冬 金黃色 一大片遼闊麥田的景色 ~

而 11月這時候~ 正是台灣中部地區 稻田開始變橙黃的時候，色彩非常的飽滿而豐富 ~

而今年2014年夏天~  =>   第一次去畫  后里 火炎山  2014 八月夏   ；

 2013年11月   日出 印象‧ 后里  用書法紀錄下...  一個剎哪間的頓悟  ~ 

曾經 發現台中 ~  竟然有~  一處視野非常美麗有著廣闊田野景致的地方，美麗的感覺~在小可 的心中感覺彷彿陶淵明 發現世外桃源一般的心情，

而11月正式稻田變橙黃的季節 ， 而這夏天時讓在下驚為 世外桃源之純淨之地， 是在台中后里 土城小村莊 往 大甲的一條小路上 ~ 

原本是要去畫哪個地方~ 可是 開車到半路就被一片非常美麗的稻田給吸引住~

一大片稻田廣闊的感覺~ 就像金城武在台東 伯朗大道所拍攝的稻田一般~

於是 ~ 架好畫架 ~ 決定就畫這一片 后里 土城的橙黃稻田~

記錄下屬於 2014 年 11月中部地區 澄淨田園的境色 ~

先用炭筆進行測量繪製之工程 ~ 原本的構圖是如此

第一次去完成的打底 ~

第二次去 改變的整個構圖 ~ 改以整片稻田為主 ~
捨掉原本馬路 透視很棒的感覺 的原來原始構圖 ~

這一幅作品 ~ 是一次很棒的寫生經驗~ 過程充滿非常多的挑戰、嘗試 、實驗 ~


在學習繪畫藝術的探索過程中, 有幾位影響小可 比較大的 畫家 ,  其中 之一 是印象派祖師 -- 莫內  他的 神 之 調色功夫 ~~  ( 上圖 靈光一閃quick sketching 於2023 some day ~ ^^ )

  當時在畫的時侯~  小可 向...莫內 等印象派大師 祈求 ~ 希望你們能夠加持我 ~ 能運用 正宗你們所嘗試 實驗 探索 摸索出  『印象 空氣光影 理論與技法 』 ~ 來畫你們沒有來過的東方 亞洲 台灣  自然田園景色 的風景 空氣 跟 光和影 ~

或許是我的祈禱 有效吧 !  過程雖然面臨許多的困難 與挑戰 ~ 面鄰混亂不清楚的過程~ 調不出所要感覺的顏色 ~ 畫不出心中所感受稻田 所帶給我的給動 ~ 找不到一種隨性自由 能量流動 輕快 美感 律動 ~ 符合我style 與 個性的筆觸 ~

在最艱難~面臨難以突破之時 ~ 我腦中浮現出 莫內 許多作品的筆觸 色彩疊層的原理之畫面 ~ 
彷彿穿越一座黑暗的隧道一般~ 漸漸的探索出 一些端倪 ~  

 『 Yes! 這就是我想要的感覺 !』 ~  最後~終於 突破自己 完成這一幅 戶外實地寫生油畫創作!

也因為完成了這一幅作品 ~  開啟下一幅 同樣是 畫2014秋冬稻田豐收的顏色 的另一幅作品 !

另外那一幅 油畫作品 ~ 名稱是 『 畫 ~ 像 快如閃電般的畫吧 ! 』

這是 受到 閱讀梵谷 書信全集中~ 梵谷 所提到 他所曾經探索 實驗的一種繪畫技能訓練!

原來一位畫家~ 跟學習武功一樣~ 某個階段之上~  必須要經過 

  『 畫~ 快如閃電般的畫  』 之淬練 !

在2014年 10月11日 ~ 11月29日期間 進行了一次 完全脫離網路 的閉關 ，
想要了解 與 還原回到 以前沒有網路生活 、沒有facebook 的生活 ~  在2014年 會是什麼樣子 ?

一開始拿起畫筆 開始畫 一盆朋友送的 蘭花盆栽，用不同的方式畫了八幅小實驗作品，

漸漸的開始想要閱讀一些書 ，這段時間~ 我三姊剛好還給我幾本 借給她好幾年的書籍，

其中有一本是好幾年前我去誠品買的 梵谷 的書信全集，裡面完整紀錄 梵谷 與他的弟弟西奧書信 與 梵谷 如何學習繪畫過程 創作歷程 與 重要經典作品詳細背景故事介紹 !

梵谷 出生於荷蘭 ，荷蘭 在梵谷之前 已經出現有 維梅爾  林布蘭等 人像畫大師 世界級畫家，有這樣的理解 ，我們不難理解 荷蘭在100多年前，印象派在歐洲 風起雲湧之時，會出現 梵谷這樣勇敢投入繪畫藝術 的人物!

買這本書是在還沒有真正拜師學習畫畫之前，只曾經蜻蜓點水般的讀過 ，而歷經兩年多繪畫 油畫藝術的學習之後~ 2014年在讀到此書 ~ 對於 梵谷所走過的每一步 、書中所寫的每一句話，有著非常深的感動 與共鳴 ，尤其 梵谷 身為荷蘭人，成長在歐洲藝術大陸~ 他們的家族親戚又是在法國巴黎藝廊從事繪畫藝術買賣工作~ 所以 他書中談到 他對歐洲藝術歷史重要畫家~ 像是他最崇拜的 米勒 等許許多多great artist 重要的一些畫畫藝術思想、智慧 與觀念， 都帶給我非常大的啟發，而梵谷 剛好身處印象派 熱情之火 席捲整個歐洲之際 ，透過他與他地地的書信 ，更能切身的去感受 100多年前 那次點燃且 席捲 全世界 的印象派之火 ，他與許多重要藝術家之間的互動關係 與 如何相互交流 !

以下是畫畫過程一些  photo 紀錄：

畫這一幅畫是一項工程，在2014 年11月期間，前後總共開車前往台中公園 進行實地戶外寫生八次 ，過程中一道 一道工序需要慢慢完成 ， 選擇繪畫的時間是紀錄 每天約下午 14:30 ~16:00這段時間 的光和影。

在寫生的過程之中，遇到來自許多國家 與 台灣遊客，有日本、香港、泰國、菲律賓、印尼、中國等...許多的遊客 ~ 

畫照片 是現在很普便且方便的一種簡便方式  ~ 而看照片畫 與 實地戶外寫生有何不同呢?
經過化這一幅作品~ 有了更加深刻的體悟 !  心得文字記錄  as next ~



自性光 炁能 東方印象主義

2014年是甲午年
120年前 甲午戰爭
清朝將 台灣割讓給日本~
120年前~ 是1913-20 =1893年左右~
從1873年 莫內日出印象 
開啟印象 光和影 世界繪畫藝術進入新時代
到1893年 已經20年
當時 印象主義 從法國逐漸向全世界蔓延開來
當時 世界各國 熱愛繪畫藝術者 內心的熱情之火 ~ 沒有不被 莫內 創新的光和影技法與理論 給激起澎派之熱情 並化為行動

莫內的乾草堆、 盧昂大教堂等 ~ 所點燃的印象派之火
燒向東荷蘭 東歐 席捲俄羅斯
向西 燃燒向英國 跨越 大西洋 席捲美洲~
而台灣當時 透過東洋日本  逐漸知道 ~
但是知道時~ 已經到了後印象時期 、野獸派 、立體抽象 等 現代藝術風起雲湧之階段~

可以說呢 台灣的藝術界 在那個資訊封閉的時代
沒能與這股... 近一兩百年最重要的藝術主義  同步

莫內的書中 ~ 莫內到後期 已經從印象 探索到抽象+想像的階段~

以此觀之~ 世界藝術理史之演進 ~ 現在的法運為何呢?
當前之時空 ~ 雖然印象主義 開始至今已經140年~
以長遠的歷史與時空觀之~ 任何一種學說與理論的影響~
通常影響整個世界長達幾百年 甚至千年來說~
140 年~ 堪稱尚是初升階段 並不遠~

且這股風潮 當時主要以西方為主 ~
這印象主義與理論 ~ 在東風席捲的程度 與 運用印象 光和影真正的技法與理論
並未非常大量的紀錄東風之風景與人文~

況且~ 這西方之繪畫藝術理論與技法~ 

前些日子~扛著畫架到台中公園進行 一場戶外光和影的寫生~
當時產生一個體悟:

畫畫的過程宇方法~ 非常自由與許多之可能~

然而~印象派最重要的地方在~  扛著畫架去同一個景點~ 同一個時間 去紀錄眼睛所覺受之光和影~

如果畫一張照片~ 所能覺受感知的只是一個剎那~
若是去一個地方~ 畫一張實地戶外寫生~ 可能需要去3~五次~
一次如果畫3~6小時~ 那麼這一幅畫中所記錄下的官能感知~
可以說是 無限多張照片  之集成~

且一筆一點一滴的探索~ 測量所繪製之透視~絕對不同於照片給人的感覺~

此外~ 依照 大里無相 炁學 官能感知的理論 ~

一位畫家 現場去畫一個scene~ 很重要的是 用畫筆與顏色

記錄下 那個時空的 官能感知 所感知之能量與磁場

依照這樣的程序~ 所繪製的話 ~當中的能量 與炁場energy的流動
將會是非常的Amazing!

如此~ 亦能區分 當前照相科技如此發達的年代~
繪畫藝術 如何能與 攝影等其他藝術呈現方式 ~ 產生 difference與創造出 獨特 無法替代之價值 !

所以2012年~ 提出 『 自性光 東方印象 』 ~ 

2014 年~ 經過更深入的體悟之後~ 將加上 東方 炁場 之官能感知 的炁功理論

而提出

那些才是... 一個人天份興趣 與 渴望之夢想 ~
而不是為了寫作文題目~ 苦思半天而 勉強寫出來的... 我的志向 ~

15歲 16歲 Innocent 的年紀 ~ 可以與同伴玩上一整天都不會累 ~

Do you remember you innocent childhood...
最渴望 過年 與 中秋節 放鞭炮 ~
與表哥表姊 堂哥堂姐 or 鄰居小朋友一起玩 ~
不論長大後經歷多少事~ 走過多少路 ~
